I Just love this stage hire service.
So, here’s the story – the package arrived in a wooden pallet carton. Shown below.
The case was manoeuvred by the driver with an electric pallet truck to a safe dry ground floor area.
You’ll need either a small powered screw driver or old style screwdriver to undo the lid.
In there you’ll find the individual legs, and deck platforms. It’s very easy to assemble, but there’s a QR code on the instructions, to watch the videos. (That’s also attached)
You may need a trolley to move everything to your place of the event, but we will leave that with you.
Ours was scheduled to arrive on Monday, 21st Oct 2024
We scheduled collection for the Friday 25th at some point, and the driver collected the pallet from the same place. If you want it collected sooner advise them.
You reload the pallet box, when you’re done, and screw the lid back down.
Worth pointing out to other hirers that the best way to LOSE your deposit is to avoid reading the assembly instructions.
Most important bits are:
1. The riser legs are fragile until in their fully opened position.
2. When taking the magnetic deck platforms back off the legs, during takedown, don’t lift at an angle, lift them vertically off the silver pillars. 2 people can do this best.
This service cost 50% of the normal local Audio Visual Hire cost. We got the deposit back 2 days after it was returned.
Great service, hassle free. Always using this from here onwards. So easy!
